I'm Daniel Erskine

Having a career's worth of yo-yo diets in the military even though I was armed with a bachelors degree in health from the University of Montana, I kept falling for different shades of the same ole crap advice, "Eat less and move More".  Like most people, it simple failed to be sustainable and I tore-up my joints doing "cardio" in the process.  I didn't realize this vicious cycle was only hurting me and leaving me frustrated.
